I used to fear undergoing medical procedures. I couldn’t cooperate when something was close to my face or interfered with my breathing. This prevented me from receiving dental care, and I often had to stop the procedures during root canal treatments and dental capping. I also feared undergoing MRI and CT scans. However, after receiving online EMDR therapy, I now feel completely able to cooperate with medical treatment. I no longer experience tension or panic attacks, even when thinking about it.
The counseling was very systematic and empathetic. I felt very comfortable sharing my feelings and fears with Dr. Gincy at Raining Tree Counselling and Psychotherapy in Ernakulam.

Dr.Gincy was instrumental in helping my husband and I navigate through a challenging period of our life. Feeling Really happy to write this review,I've visited Raining trees and Dr. Jincy mariya,  to address the issues in my studies.I attended three sessions as per doctor's suggestion. I'm basically out of Ernakulam and I've choosed the online counselling sessions except the first one. Even though it was online, it was very effective and beneficial . I could find my actual barriers in my life and I've learned a lot. I really suggest Raining Trees and dr. Jincy Mariya especially for teens and students. Dr Gincy is a very understanding therapist.... She helped my daughter who was suffering from some kind of stress at her hostel.... She attended few sessions with Doctor Gincy & regained her mental stability.... Am so thankfull to Doctor Gincy, sanish chettan, & raining tress❤️????????... I will highly recommend Raining Tress for people who are suffering with personal issues????????
